Garage Grooming Salon by Tori LLC is located in a garage setting ON BASE (MCB Quantico). You MUST have base access. Drop off and pick up will be located garage side. Address will be provided when booking. There will be no other animals/humans present when working on your pup. A consent form will be provided at the first appointment and must be signed before working on your pet. Cash or Check is required for payment. If your pet is regististed on base Reach out via Facebook Messenger/ text message for a quote (send a picture of your pup with each service you would like). All pricing is an estimate and subject to change due to extra brush outs, de-matting, de-shedding, ect.
A-La-Carte Services
Nail dremeling
$10
Regular nail grinding can help the quick recede gradually, allowing the nails to get shorter over time. It also provides a smoother finish after clipping.
Teeth Brushing
$10
Teeth brushing can help reduce your dog's bad breath from plaque and tarter build up.
Dematting
$15-40
If dematting occurs there will be an extra fee for the extra time and wear and tear on equipment.
Mats are very uncomfortable and painful, please comb regularly to prevent them!
Deshed
$15-45
Helps reduce the amount of loose, dead hair your dog sheds at home.
High velocity blowout, thorough brushing with deshed shampoo and conditioner.
About Garage Grooming Salon
Meet your groomer
My first ever job I can recall was helping my aunt bathe dogs at her grooming salon. I admired her work and passion for dogs. I soon dreamed of one day running my own grooming salon.
Years went on, and my love for dogs never did fade. Always taking up the task of bathing and combing my own family dogs.
Moving away from home at just shy of 18 I went and lived with my husband in California. I ventured through a few different jobs but always knew I wanted to work with dogs. The grooming industry never stopped following me as I grew older. My mother-in-law got certified to be a groomer while I was away in California and decided to open a salon of her own. While my husband was deployed, I worked for her as a bather and learned as much as I could.
Having two beautiful kids in the mid’s of this crazy military lifestyle, I was determined to be a groomer. I learned under the teaching of my mother-in-law and her lead groomer, who had been in the industry for 20 years. I received my certification and started my journey as a groomer. I’ve worked in multiple salons in different locations and learned a lot through the years. Those years equipped me with confidence that I would be able to run my own salon.
Finally, I decided that I was going to take the leap to open my own salon. I am finally living the dream I envisioned those days watching my aunt. In that being said I am so excited to grow not only as a business owner but as a groomer. I am consistently watching and learning the newest trends and will be attending seminars and expos to stay on top of learning new things about the industry.
